Our journey began in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where empanadas are more than just food — they're a tradition shared with family, friends, and community. Growing up surrounded by these flavors, Guido developed a deep passion for authentic Argentine cooking.
In 2014, Guido moved to the United States with his wife and daughter, bringing those same family recipes and traditions with him. What started as cooking for friends soon became something bigger — a way to share a true taste of Argentina with the Springfield community.
